This was announced in the program “Ukraine in fact” on UA TV channel by the adviser to the President of Ukraine on economic issues Oleh Ustenko.

“The discussion on this issue has been tough. For example, I was of the opinion that benefits should be introduced for children born from the beginning of the program, from January 1, 2022. It was thought that from this year. But a compromise-will decision was made, which will take place on January 1, 2019” – Ustenko said.

He explained that the money for the Future Generations Fund will start coming only next year.

“Therefore, 2019 and 2020 will additionally fall on the shoulders of this fund. In addition, the amount of payments is affected by the duration of accruals.
