Ukraine will receive another batch of military assistance from the United States this week – the Pentagon

The United States has prepared to send Ukraine the last tranche of defense assistance amounting to $60 million, approved in September by President Joe Biden.

This was stated at a press briefing by Pentagon spokesman John Kirby, Ukrinform correspondent reports.

‘I think you know that President Biden has approved a $60 million defense package for Ukraine. The last elements will be delivered to Ukraine this week’ – he said.

According to Kirby, those are, in particular, small arms and ammunition.

Earlier it was reported that the United States is ready to allocate $300 million in military assistance to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
