Chinese date fruit, kiwi, bananas and persimmons – for more than 30 years in the village of Plodove in Kherson region seedlings of exotic trees have been grown. At a scientific and experimental farm they are selected and adapted to Ukrainian climate. Persimmons are harvested here in November. Scientists have already patented three varieties of this fruit.
