Putin himself does not know whether he will take steps that scare Ukraine and the whole world – Kuleba

Minister of Foreign Affairs of Ukraine Dmytro Kuleba believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin is intimidating the whole world, and now he himself does not know whether he will invade Ukraine.

This is reported by UA with reference to the minister’s briefing.

Dmytro Kuleba believes that Putin is scaring Ukraine, Europe, the US and the world as a whole.

“But even he (Putin, – ed.) himself does not know if he will resort to the actions with which he scares us. We, diplomats, also use social networks, read the news, but we cannot afford to guess on the coffee grounds and succumb to media reports” – he said.

To remind, Russian troops and equipment arrive in the regions of Belarus near the border with Ukraine. In particular, the Russian Uragan multiple launch rocket systems were found in the immediate vicinity of the border with the Kyiv region. Their location was confirmed by experts from a group investigating military conflicts.
