President: The United Kingdom will allocate an additional 1 billion pounds in support of Ukraine

The United Kingdom will provide an additional £ 1 billion to support Ukraine’s investment, trade and security.

The president of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reported about it, writes UA.

According to the president, great news came from London.

“The United Kingdom will provide an additional £ 1 billion to support Ukraine. These are new investments, trade, security. As a result of my talks with the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson, last year the amount of total British support will increase to 3.5 billion pounds” the head of state wrote.

To remind, speaking at a banquet at the Lord Mayor of London, the Prime Minister of the United Kingdom Boris Johnson said that European countries must choose between dependence on Russian gas and protection of Ukraine.
