Kyiv delegation met with US Ambassador to Ukraine, Deputy Chief of Mission, US Defense Attaché to coordinate actions

Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak had a meeting with U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Bridget Brink, Deputy Chief of Mission Christopher Smith and U.S. Defense Attaché Garrick Harmon. President’s office reported about it.

Minister of Defense of Ukraine Oleksiy Reznikov and Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine Valerii Zaluzhny also took part in the meeting.

Andriy Yermak expressed gratitude to the leadership of the U.S. Embassy in Ukraine for fruitful cooperation and permanent interaction with the representatives of the Ukrainian government. 

“I am confident that this will help us better coordinate our actions,” mentioned Andriy Yermak.

Bridget Brink, for her part, assured that the United States will continue to provide Ukraine with assistance it needs to protect its sovereignty and territorial integrity.

As reported earlier, Head of the Office of the President of Ukraine Andriy Yermak and Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, General Valerii Zaluzhny held a phone conversation with US President’s National Security Advisor Jacob Sullivan and US Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff General Mark Milley as part of the ongoing dialogue.

The sides discussed the urgent issues and needs of Ukraine in order to strengthen the defense capability and stability in repelling the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation.
