US advisers begin work at the Ukrainian Ministry of Defense

In the Directorate of Policy of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, advisers from the United States began to work on a permanent basis.

This was reported by UA with a link to the Facebook page of the Directorate of Policy of Defense of the Ministry of Defense.

Yesterday, January 11, Chris Rizzo and Todd Brown took up their responsibilities – providing advisory assistance in the implementation of defense reform measures on:

  • defense policy;
  • defense management;
  • Euro-Atlantic integration.

To remind, the United States will provide Ukraine with a radar system and marine equipment as part of its assistance to a country that is “in danger”. On the eve of CNN reported that the Biden administration confidentially allocated USD 200 million for this purpose.
