The second tranche from IMF to Ukraine could be more than USD 700 mln – Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine

Chairman of the National Bank of Ukraine Kyrylo Shevchenko expects that the second tranche of the IMF could be more than USD 700 mln.

This is reported by UA with the reference to the “Ekonomichna Pravda”.

“According to the plan, the second tranche should amount to 500 million special drawing rights (SDR), which is about $ 700 million. But given the omission of several tranches, the amount may be more” – Kyrylo Shevchenko said.

National Bank of Ukraine expects the IMF mission in September.
