Participation in the Normandy summit is definitely not in favor of the Russian Federation.

This was states on the air of the program “Ukraine in fact” of the UA TV channel by former ambassador of Ukraine in Croatia, Bosnia and Herzegovina Oleksandr Levchenko.

He is confident that during this meeting, France, Germany and Ukraine will accuse the Russian Federation of violating the Minsk agreements. That is why the Kremlin is constantly finding reasons not to hold a meeting in the Normandy format.

“Moscow constantly says that Ukraine is violating something. In fact, Moscow is the main culprit in all these troubles. And, given the certification and illegal involvement of our citizens living in the temporarily occupied territories of Donbass, in the election process of the Russian Federation, this assessment will be made. This is a serious violation of the Minsk agreements” – Levchenko said.

Earlier it was reported that German Chancellor Angela Merkel will work to organize a meeting in the Normandy format until the last day of her tenure.
