29 year old hacker Yevgeniy Nikulin was arrested in Prague in 2016 with the help of the FBI.

The decision taken by the Czech Justice Minister Robert Pelikan defies Russia, which had also asked for his extradition.

The 29 year old hacker is facing charges in the two countries: in Russia for the alleged theft of over 3000 dollars via Webmoney in 2009, and in the US on suspicion of hacking into U.S.-based social media such as LinkedIn and  Dropbox back in 2012, compromising millions of users credentials.

Czech courts have ruled extradition to both countries was permissible, and the decision was up to the Justice Minister.
