According to the Ukrainian Foreign Ministry’s Twitter account, no Ukrainian citizen was on board of flight ATR-72 that crashed on February 18, in one of the mountainous central regions of Iran.
The cause of the crash remains unknown for the moment, but the Iranian company Aseman Airline has dismissed the eventuality of a technical failure.
60 passengers and 6 crew members perished.
