More than 12 million Ukrainians have received two doses of the coronavirus vaccine

As of December 7, 9,371 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 were recorded in Ukraine. Among the sick – 809 children and 175 health workers.

This was reported by UA with reference to the Facebook of the Ministry of Health.

On December 7, 199,765 Ukrainians were vaccinated against COVID-19. 79,270 people received the first dose, 120,495 were fully immunized.

Also for the past day:

  • 2,998 people were hospitalized;
  • fatalities – 450;
  • 26,804 people recovered.

During the whole pandemic in Ukraine:

  • sick – 3,519,981 people;
  • recovered – 3,109,423 people;
  • fatalities – 89,436;

PCR tests were performed – 16,160,332.

Since the beginning of the vaccination campaign, 13,905,433 people have been vaccinated, of whom 13,905,431 received the first dose, 12,042,233 were fully immunized and received two doses. A total of 25,947,664 were vaccinated.

We will remind, yesterday the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Ruslan Stefanchuk signed the law providing allocation of 8 billion hryvnias from the state budget of Ukraine for 2021 for payment of 1 000 hryvnias to the Ukrainians who passed a full course of vaccination against a coronavirus.
