Lawyers appeal against the arrest of Nariman Dzhelyalov

The lawyers of the deputy head of the Crimean Tatar Mejlis Nariman Dzhelyalov appealed against the decision of the “court” on the choice of a preventive measure – detention.

This was reported by UA with reference to the lawyer Mykola Polozov Facebook page.

“The defense appealed against the court decision on the choise of a preventive measure against Nariman Dzhelyalov in the form of detention” – the lawyer wrote.

He clarified that the appeal was sent to the “Supreme Court” of Crimea through the “Kyivskyi District Court” of Simferopol by mail.

To remind, on September 3 and 4, the power structures of the occupation authorities of Crimea conducted illegal searches in the houses of the Crimean Tatars, which ended with the kidnapping of 5 people: cousins ​​Aziz and Asan Akhtemov, Shevket Useinov, Eldar Odamanov and Nariman Dzhelyalov.
