Germany will chair the group of G7 ambassadors to Ukraine in 2022

On January 1, British Ambassador to Ukraine Melinda Simmons will hand over the chair of the G7 group of ambassadors to Ukraine to German Ambassador Anka Feldhuzen.

UA reports this with reference to the Twitter office of the Group of Seven in Ukraine.

The head of the British embassy wished the German colleague success.

‘Today is the last day of United Kingdom embassy’s presidency of the G7 group of ambassadors to Ukraine. It was an honor and a privilege for us to lead this group in support of Ukraine’s ambitious reform agenda. Tomorrow we will pass the baton to Ambassador Anka Feldhusen and the team of the Embassy of Germany to Ukraine’ – she wrote.
