According to the UN Resident Coordinator in Ukraine, Neal Walker, the conflict in the Donbas has caused a dramatic humanitarian crisis that so far impacts 2.3 million people. According to him, the UN needs to collect $187 million to provide the help needed
“Today, 2.3 million Ukrainian women, children, and elders require assistance and protection – now more than ever. We urgently need $187 million to make this happen,” wrote the UN Resident Coordinator.
