Destabilizing the situation in Ukraine is part of Russia’s tactics – Blinken

Part of Russia’s tactics is to destabilize the situation in Ukraine.

This was stated by US Secretary of State Anthony Blinken in Riga at a joint briefing with Latvian Foreign Minister Edgars Rinkevics, UA reports.

The United States is convinced that Russia is trying to create a provocation to justify the offensive.

We have seen the so-called “method” of Russians many times. Part of it is attempts to artificially create a so-called “provocation” to justify the actions that Russia has long planned. We are aware that Russia is basically combining its efforts with attempts to destabilize the country internally” – Blinken said.
