President Volodymyr Zelenskyy condemned Russia’s drone strike on a residential building in Kryvyi Rih, describing the attack as “cynical” and lacking any military purpose.
“As of now, it is known that two elderly people were killed. Their nine-month-old granddaughter is in hospital with severe injuries. Our doctors are doing everything possible to save her life,” Zelenskyy wrote.
The president stressed that after the end of Russia’s partial three-day ceasefire, Russia continues to kill and injure Ukrainian civilians.
According to Zelenskyy, international pressure on Moscow must not weaken in response to the continued attacks.
