One Ukrainian Soldier Injured in the ATO Zone in Donbas

Russian forces continued to attack the Ukrainian military in the Anti-Terrorist Operation Zone (ATO), in Donbas, and violate the ceasefire of the Trilateral Contact Group, the press center of the ATO headquarters, reported on Facebook.

One Ukrainian soldier was injured. He was taken to the hospital and provided the necessary medical assistance.

“The aggressor has carried out two shellings of the Armed Forces of Ukraine. In Donetsk, the enemy opened fire twice with grenade launchers and small arms towards the positions of the Ukrainian military near Avdiivka,” the ATO headquarters reported.

The Trilateral Contact Group on Ukraine, which is a group of representatives from Ukraine, Russia and the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe, announced a complete and termless ceasefire, which went into effect on March.5, in Donbas. The group was formed as a means to facilitate a diplomatic resolution to the war in the Donbas region.
