The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission handed hundreds of letters from Ukrainians of different regions of the country to the people living on in the occupied territory.

This is reported on the Mission’s Facebook page.

It is noted that the Mission offered people from different regions of the country to write holiday greetings to people living on the other side of the frontline in Donbas. Hundreds of Ukrainians from Kramatorsk, Mariupol, Donetsk, Kherson and Chernivtsi reacted favorably to such a request.

“In the course of two months, hundreds of letters were written, which the mission passed through the frontline, because even one sentence filled with kindness could warm up somebody’s heart in this long cold winter,” the Mission stated.
