Microsoft will hold a competition for high-school, and first year bachelor’s and master’s students, in Kyiv, and the winners of the regional stages will go to the United States for the final of the Imagine Cup, 2018, Na chasi reported.
The winner will get $100,000 for the further development of their project. For many students, participating in the prestigious Imagine Cup, can be the beginning of a successful career.
In order to determine the winner, the expert jury will assess the uniqueness and the innovative nature of thei solutions, and the ability of the teams to adequately represent and defend their projects in English.
An online application with the description of the project, its prototype, and the immediate outlooks for its development needs to be submitted in order to be eligible for participation.
The deadline for the applications is March 15, 2018.
Imagine Cup 2018 consists of 3 categories:: Mixed Reality, which is the development of applications that are tailored to augmented and virtual realities; Artificial Intelligence, and Big Data, which includes building productive models based on large data.
