Russian forces attacked Kharkiv, Dnipro, and Sumy, with five emergency responders killed in Kharkiv after a second strike targeted firefighters responding to an earlier attack. Injuries and damage were also reported in Dnipro and Sumy, UATV English reports.
Missile and drone strikes hit the Kholodnohirskyi and Shevchenkivskyi districts of Kharkiv. At least four people were injured, according to Kharkiv Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Syniehubov.

In addition, five rescuers from the State Emergency Service of Ukraine were killed while extinguishing a fire after a repeated Russian strike. At least five more rescuers were injured, Interior Minister Ihor Klymenko reported.
One person was injured in a Russian attack on Dnipro, according to Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration Head Oleksandr Hanzha.

An industrial facility was damaged and caught fire. One of the buildings of a local college was also damaged. The blast wave shattered windows in a school and a cultural institution.
“Russia’s overnight attack also severely damaged the House of Organ and Chamber Music,” the regional administration said.


In Sumy, two Russian drones struck civilian infrastructure. One of the drones hit a residential apartment building.
“Preliminarily, three people were injured, including a child. Information about their condition is being clarified. The victims are receiving the necessary assistance,” said Sumy Regional Military Administration Head Oleh Hryhorov.
Another drone struck the city center, damaging a non-residential building.
Earlier, on June 14, Russian forces also carried out a drone strike on the Kharkiv Art Museum, an architectural monument of local significance.
