First we will return the “Scythian gold”, and then the Crimea – Volodymyr Zelenskyy

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy reacted to Ukraine’s victory in the Amsterdam Court of Appeal in the case of “Scythian gold”.

UA reports this with reference to the president’s message on Twitter.

“Ukraine’s long-awaited victory in the court of Amsterdam! “Scythian gold” will return to Ukraine. I am grateful to the court for a fair decision, and to the teams of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine and the Ministry of Culture and Information Policy of Ukraine for the result. We always return ours. “First we will return the Scythian gold, and then the Crimea” – the message goes.

To remind, the Court of Appeal of Amsterdam, where hearings were held on the merits of the Scythian gold collection, decided to return the exhibits of the exhibition “Crimea – a golden island in the Black Sea” to the territory of the sovereign state of Ukraine.
