The Central Election Commission (CEC) has counted 99.99% of voting protocols in Ukraine’s presidential election as of 5:00pm on Wednesday, April 3, 2019.
This information has been published on the CEC website.
The results as of 5:00pm are:
Volodymyr Zelensky – 30.24% – 5,713,600 votes
Petro Poroshenko – 15.95% – 3,014,340 votes
Yulia Tymoshenko – 13.40% – 2,532,138 votes
Yuriy Boiko – 11.67% – 2,205,915 votes
Anatoliy Hrytsenko – 6.91% – 1,306,402 votes
Ihor Smeshko – 6.04% – 1,141,273 votes
Oleh Liashko – 5.48% – 1,035,864 votes
Oleksandr Vilkul – 4.15% – 784,213 votes
Ruslan Koshulynsky – 1.62% – 307,230 votes
The remaining candidates all fall below 1% in the vote totals.
A total of 18,697,508 people voted in the elections in Ukraine.
1.18% of ballots were invalidated across Ukraine.
As no candidate has broken the 50% mark, there will be a run-off election between the top 2 candidates on April 21, 2019.
