Presidential candidates Volodymyr Zelensky and Petro Poroshenko took drug and alcohol tests this morning. Poroshenko took his tests at 9:00am at National Sports Complex Olympiyskiy, while took his a Kyiv private clinic at 8:00am, novosti.dn.ua reports here and here.

Both candidates have posted this information on their Facebook pages.
Poroshenko’s tests would be transferred to four medical institutions, two of which are communal, and two private. Poroshenko also signed an agreement to consolidate the results of the tests for the content of traces of drugs and alcohol in the body.
“We are starting a new tradition,” Poroshenko said.

The results of Zelensky’s tests will be known in 3 days.
Yesterday, Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko called on Ukrainian presidential contender Volodymyr Zelensky to undergo a medical examination for debate preparation.
Both presidential candidates agreed to the debate.
