CEC: 100% of the Protocols Counted, Final Election Results Posted

The Central Election Commission (CEC) has counted 100% of voting protocols in Ukraine’s presidential election as of 10:00am on Thursday, April 4, 2019.

This information has been published on the CEC website.

The final results are:

Volodymyr Zelensky  –  30.24%  – 5,713,825 votes
Petro Poroshenko  –  15.95%  – 3,014,538 votes
Yulia Tymoshenko  –  13.40%  – 2,532,319 votes
Yuriy Boiko  –  11.67%  – 2,205,974 votes
Anatoliy Hrytsenko  –  6.91%  – 1,306,411 votes
Ihor Smeshko  –  6.04%  – 1,141,302 votes
Oleh Liashko  –  5.48%  – 1,035,944 votes
Oleksandr Vilkul  –  4.15%  – 784 246 votes
Ruslan Koshulynsky  –  1.62%  – 307,240 votes

The remaining candidates all fall below 1% in the vote totals.

A total of 18,893,879 people voted in the election worldwide.

1.18% of ballots were invalidated..

As no candidate has broken the 50% mark, there will be a run-off election between the top 2 candidates on April 21, 2019.
