The government of the Netherlands has announced the launch of the NL-UA Cybersecurity Fund, a €2.5 million grant program aimed at supporting Ukraine.
According to the National Security and Defense Council of Ukraine, the program will finance joint projects between Ukrainian and Dutch companies, UATV English reports.
The initiative is being implemented by the National Cyber Security Centre Netherlands within the Tallinn Mechanism, in cooperation with Ukraine’s cybersecurity coordination center under the NSDC. It was presented during the Kyiv International Cyber Resilience Forum 2026.
The program aims to strengthen partnerships between the Ukrainian and Dutch cybersecurity ecosystems and support innovative joint solutions in cyber defense.
To participate, applicants must form a consortium that includes at least one Ukrainian and one Dutch partner. Each project can receive up to €250,000 in funding, with an implementation period of up to six months.
Priority areas include SOC-as-a-Service and managed cybersecurity services, cloud security, identity and access management systems, email protection, as well as digital forensics and cyber incident response.
The initiative is part of the Netherlands’ broader, ongoing support for Ukraine in cybersecurity, including a previously announced €10 million assistance package.
