100 Percent of Votes Tallied

As of 5:35 p.m. today, the Central Election Commission of Ukraine processed 100 percent of electronic protocols on the vote count in the second round in Ukraine’s presidential elections.

According to the results of the electronic protocols, Volodymyr Zelenskyi has won the presidential elections as he garnered 73.22 percent of the vote.

In total, 24.45 percent of Ukrainians cast their votes for incumbent President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko.

A total of 18,491,840 Ukrainians voted Sunday.

A total of 199 territorial electoral districts and one overseas electoral district, as well as about 30,000 precinct election commissions, were formed. One hundredone polling stations operated abroad.

The voter turnout was 62.07 percent.
