Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyi met with Latvian President Raimonds Vējonis, who arrived in Kyiv to attend Zelenskyi’s inauguration ceremony.
Zelenskyi thanked Latvia for supporting Ukraine’s territorial integrity and sovereignty and being a Ukraine supporter at the European Union and at NATO.
Ukraine’s priorities in foreign policy and the continuation of reforms remain unchanged, Zelenskyi said.
Zelenskyi thanked Latvia for its efforts to assist Ukraine in reforming its defense sector. He said that Ukraine will continue to protect foreign investments.
