Opening of the Ukrainian House took place in the United States.
This is reported by editor-in-chief of the TV channels DOM and UA Oleksiy Matsuka from Washington.
Ukrainian House is a place for meeting, exchange of ideas of friends of Ukraine, as well as a place for discussions and popularization of Ukrainian culture.
“The Ukrainian House was recently founded. Its goal is to have the opportunity to gather, hold events, discuss the current agenda for the local Ukrainian community” – commented Oleksiy Matsuka.
There are already bright exhibits there: Ukrainian dolls, Easter eggs, and thematic exhibitions.
To remind, meeting of the presidents of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy and the United States of America Joe Biden in the White House took place on September 1. Biden, welcoming Zelenskyy, declared a strong partnership between the countries.
President of Ukraine and First Lady Olena Zelenska arrived in Washington D.C. on the working visit of the head of state to the United States of America on August 31.
