Three Ukrainian servicemen have been injured as a result of hostilities in the Donbas conflict zone over the past 24 hours.
They have been taken to the hospital, and their lives are not in danger.
This was reported by Oleksandr Petruk, officer of the press center of the Joint Forces Operation. According to him, Russian hybrid forces suffered losses yesterday. Three militants were killed and three more wounded.
The fighting continued throughout the confrontational line. Militants used artillery and mortars five times.
“Russian hybrid forces continue to violate the provisions of the international humanitarian law. Yesterday, around 8 p.m, militants again fired at residential houses in Zaitseve using 122 millimeter artillery. As a result of the shelling, some buildings were damaged. Rescuers and emergency crews have already arrived in Zaitseve,” Petruk said.
The press center added that Russian hybrid forces used prohibited weapons five times in the area of Sokilnyky, Mayorsk, Avdiivka, Novgorodske and Starohnativka. Active defense of the Ukrainian military units prevented the militants from doing too much damage.
