The Russian occupation administrations in the temporarily occupied territory in the Donetsk and Luhansk regions have launched a large-scale campaign to conscript the local population for military service.

This is reported by UA with the reference to Facebook of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.

According to the report, people are being recruited to serve in associations and units 1 (Donetsk) and 2 (Luhansk).

In the media of the occupants, the volume of advertising for military service under contract increased, the number of propaganda groups intended to work in enemy formations and units, in civilian educational institutions and at enterprises increased.

At the same time, in order to prevent a decrease in the level of staffing of units in frontline positions, the Russian occupation command is trying to forcibly leave in military service persons whose contract expires.

In particular, such servicemen are prohibited from providing identity documents, including already issued Russian passports, which are kept at the headquarters of the formations and units.
