President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine is ready to be in the EU and NATO.
He said this on the YES Brainstorming forum “After COVID = Before the disaster? Steps to survival”, UA informs.
“We are ready for NATO. The level of our army, the level of our specialists. The reforms that we are carrying out, I believe that this is, first of all, we need, not someone – neither NATO, nor the EU, but for us, for our people. They are needed to make it possible for people to live easier, to strengthen the country economically” – the President stated
According to Volodymyr Zelenskyy, NATO will lose, and the EU will weaken without Ukraine. “We say that it seems to us that we need NATO, it seems to us that without Ukraine there will be no strong European Union. I speak about this openly to the President of the United States, I believe that NATO will lose without Ukraine. I believe that the European Union will begin to weaken without Ukraine” – said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
