Austrian Federal Chancellor Sebastian Kurz pledged support to Ukraine’s President-elect Volodymyr Zelenskyi in the reform process and the fight against corruption.
He stated this on Twitter following a telephone conversation with Zelenskyi.
“Today I had a friendly telephone conversation with Ukraine’s President-elect Volodymyr Zelenskyi. Ukraine remains an important partner for Austria and the EU. We will continue to actively support reforms and the fight against corruption,” Kurz wrote.
Kurz also noted the importance of achieving progress in the implementation of the Minsk agreements with all respect for the territorial integrity and sovereignty of Ukraine.
