Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky presented 200 new ambulances. The primary purpose for these emergency vehicles are for various children’s hospitals across Ukraine.
“People’s life and health are the most valuable. Life and health of children are priceless. Today, in Ukraine, there are more than 100 children’s hospitals in regional and district centers. Next to me is one of the 200 special quick ones to be handed over to them,” Zelensky posted on Facebook.
He also posted that the new emergency vehicles were donated and the cost for them did not come from the Ukrainian budget.
The first 30 are expected to be delivered immediately with the balance to be delivered by the end of September 2019, according to Zelensky.
