A meeting of the Trilateral Contact Group (TCG), created to settle the conflict in Donbas, was postponed to June 5.
“To the attention of the media: according to the Special Representative of the OSCE Chairman-in-Office in Ukraine and the TCG Ambassador Sajdik, according to the understanding reached by the participants, the meetings of the TCG and its working groups are postponed to June 5, 2019,” the Belarusian Foreign Affairs Ministry of Foreign Affairs wrote on Twitter.
The TCG’s last meeting was on April 24.
On Sunday, in connection with his leaving office, then Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko accepted the resignation of Ukraine’s representative to the group, Yevhen Marchuk. Newly elected president Volodymyr Zelenskyi will choose Ukraine’s new representative.
