“The case proves the Russian Federation’s effective control over the temporarily occupied territories of Donetsk and Luhansk regions and the aggressor’s responsibility for human rights violations” – is written in the statement.
Earlier it was reported that the court in Amsterdam will announce the decision in the case of “Scythian gold” in late October.
