The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine voted for the resignation of the speaker of parliament Dmytro Razumkov today, October 7.

284 MPs voted “for”.
Razumkov said during his speech that no position is worth the self-respect, dignity and trust of people.
“Regardless of who is the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada, the parliament should remain a subject institution. Otherwise, it is the path to the loss of democracy, to the usurpation of power and the loss of parliamentarism ”- he stressed.
To remind, Dmytro Razumkov was removed from the plenary sessions.
