The President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy met with business representatives and potential investors in New York – AmericanJewishCommittee.

The head of state noted that Ukraine is carrying out large-scale transformations aimed at introducing European and Euro-Atlantic standards.
“The support of partners and allies, primarily the United States, is extremely important for us” – said Volodymyr Zelenskyy.
The President noted that the development of economic and investment cooperation is one of the most important priorities for further deepening the strategic partnership between Ukraine and the United States.
“I invite you to become a part of the transformation process of Ukraine” – the head of the state said.
Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Ukraine has developed an ambitious plan for changes in the state.
“We look forward to the support of our partners, primarily the United States, which will allow us to carry out the transformation in a short time. I urge you to join the implementation of this plan” – he noted.
The head of state briefed investors on the security situation in Donbas and the challenges in the energy sector in the context of the Nord Stream-2 project.
The President noted that Ukraine is preparing for mourning events – the 80th anniversary of the Babyn Yar massacre, and invited to join these events. Volodymyr Zelenskyy expressed gratitude to the Jewish community of the United States of America, which has historical ties with our country and has made a significant contribution to the development of strategic relations between Ukraine and the United States.
