Duda confirmed participation in the Crimean Platform summit

Polish President Andrzej Duda will attend the Crimean Platform summit. According to his office, the head of the neighboring country will also take part in the celebration of the Independence Day of Ukraine, UA writes.

Earlier, Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba reported that the number of participating countries has increased to 38.

The Crimean Platform is a new international consultative and communication mechanism. Its goal is to de-occupy the peninsula and return it to Ukrainian control. The summit is scheduled for August 23 this year.

Earlier, Dmytro Kuleba said that during the visit of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy to the United States, which is scheduled for August 30, 3 blocks of issues will be discussed: political, economic and security.
