The European Commission acknowledges Ukraine’s significant progress on its path toward European Union membership, Deputy Prime Minister for European and Euro-Atlantic Integration Taras Kachka said in an exclusive interview with FREEДOM correspondent Oleh Borysov.
According to Kachka, European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen and the European Commission recognize the achievements Ukraine has already made as it advances toward EU accession.
He also noted that the Ukraine Recovery Conference, now being held for the fifth consecutive year, demonstrates the scale and complexity of rebuilding the country while ensuring the continued functioning of its economy and critical infrastructure.
“The conference visually explains just how complex and comprehensive the project of rebuilding Ukraine is, while at the same time maintaining its economic and infrastructure resilience,” Kachka said.
