Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has said that Ukraine is expected to reach daily production of 600-800 interceptor drones by the end of November.

The head of state said this at a meeting with journalists, according to an Ukrinform correspondent.

“I said earlier that by autumn, production would reach up to 1,000 interceptors per day – and it will. Of course, it’s not an easy task. We believe that by the end of November, production will reach 600-800 interceptor drones per day, unless something goes wrong – because sometimes, as we know, strikes happen. And you should also know that strikes target not only our energy sector,” Zelenskyy said.

He stressed that although there have been strikes on arms production facilities, all of them have since resumed operations.

“We haven’t lost a single type of long-range weapon to date. At times, mass production slows down because certain components are hit – that’s true. But we’re also striking the Russians,” he added.

He also noted that Ukraine is performing well in domestic missile production, with Flamingo and Neptune missiles already in use.

He explained that the government decided not to publicly disclose detailed information about missile and drone systems such as Palianytsia, Peklo, Ruta, and Flamingo, but stressed that their effectiveness can be seen in Ukraine’s responses to Russia’s massive attacks.

Zelenskyy earlier announced upcoming meetings with partners to strengthen Ukraine’s air defense capabilities.

Next week, a U.S. “drone-deal” team will arrive in Ukraine — Zelenskyy.

The issue of drone production will be discussed, the President of Ukraine announced at a briefing.

“I have not seen a European plan to end the war,” — Zelenskyy.

“There are different European opinions and proposals regarding a peaceful settlement,” the President clarified.

“In Kupiansk, clearing operations are underway. We will clear everything. The dates are set, but we won’t announce them yet,” — Zelenskyy

“In Pokrovsk, the enemy has had no success in recent days. There are currently about 260–300 Russians in the city,” — Zelenskyy

On the frontline situation:

  • “Around 30% of all combat actions on the front are taking place in Pokrovsk. At the same time, 50% of Russia’s use of glide bombs (KABs) is concentrated on Pokrovsk.”
  • “On the Lyman front, we are seeing stabilization.”
  • “Dobropillia — it’s difficult, but our operation continues. Russia is building up forces in this direction.”

“Both the standard and the long-range Neptune missiles have performed well, but I won’t say how many were used,” Zelenskyy said.

The President added that Ukraine is making good progress in domestic missile production and is already using new models — Flamingo and Ruta. Mass production is expected by the end of the year.

“Kyiv is pushing for a decision on frozen Russian assets to be made by the end of the year,” — Zelenskyy.

“The only logical step today is to use the money from frozen Russian assets, or secure loans against them. This is an instrument that will allow Ukraine to endure, fight, and live,” — the President emphasized.

According to him, the war has already “consumed” around $300 billion.
