“There are many fakes that I urge our army to lay down their arms. I am here. We are not going to lay down our arms. We are going to protect our state!” Zelensky claimed.
Yesterday, Zelensky’s spokesperson Serhiy Nykyforov noted: “I have to refute the allegations that Ukraine has refused to negotiate. Ukraine has been and remains ready to negotiate on ceasefire and peace. This is our constant position. We agreed to the proposal of the Russian President. During these hours, the parties have been consulting on the place and time of the negotiations.”
