Russia is producing munitions, missiles, tanks, and armored vehicles at a faster pace than at any time in its modern history, including the production capacity during Cold War.
US Secretary of State said this as he talked with World Economic Forum President Borge Brende in Riyadh, on April 29.

Seventy percent of the machine tools, ninety percent of the microelectronics are coming from China. Now, these are dual-use items, but we know very clearly where so many of them are going,” Blinken pointed out.
The US has been trying to convince China to cut off its ties with Russia in terms of the support for Russian war efforts. It is believed that China is not supplying actual weapons to Russia like North Korean or Iran, however, China’s contribution is still essential for Russia. The components it provides include items such as machine tools, micro-electronics, and optics.
