She defeated Yoshida Sana, the Japanese IJF debutant.

“Daria Bilodid has conquered the world again. Having left no chances to Yoshida Sana of Japan in the finals of  weight category under 48 kilograms, Ukrainian judoka won gold medal at the World Junior Judo Championships in Bahamas. Congratulations to Daria and her parents-coaches, Svetlana Kuznetsova and Gennady Bilodid,” the NOC write.
