Ukraine and Estonia have signed a Drone Deal defense agreement aimed at expanding bilateral defense-industrial cooperation and joint weapons production.

The agreement was signed during a meeting between President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and Estonian Prime Minister Kristen Michal on the sidelines of the NATO Summit in Ankara, UATV English reports.

Under the deal, the two countries will develop joint production of defense equipment on the territory of both Ukraine and Estonia, including systems designed to strengthen air defense capabilities.

The agreement is part of Ukraine’s broader Drone Deal initiative, which promotes long-term defense cooperation, technology sharing, and the localization of weapons production with partner countries.
