Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said that Russia is not achieving victory on the battlefield following talks with UK Prime Minister Keir Starmer, French President Emmanuel Macron, and German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in the E3–Ukraine format, UATV English reports.

The leaders discussed the frontline situation, Russian military losses, and strengthening Ukraine’s protection against ballistic missile threats.

According to Zelenskyy, Russia has been losing more than 30,000 troops killed and wounded every month for five consecutive months.

“Our assessments coincide with those of our partners: Russia is not winning on the battlefield, while our mid-range strikes and deep strikes are significantly limiting its ability to expand its aggression,” the Ukrainian president said.
