“A Good Meeting”: Zelenskyy Shares Details of His Meeting with Trump in The Hague

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy today, June 25, held a meeting with the President of the United States of America, Donald Trump, on the sidelines of the NATO summit in The Hague. The Ukrainian leader called the meeting with the White House head substantive.

Details from Zelenskyy:

🔹 The leaders discussed the procurement of American air defense systems — Ukraine is ready to purchase the equipment and support U.S. manufacturers. Europe may also assist. They also talked about potential co-production of drones.

🔹 Zelenskyy informed Trump about the technical team’s meetings in Istanbul and the recent exchanges of prisoners and fallen soldiers. He also shared that Russia had handed over the bodies of its own dead under the guise of Ukrainian casualties.

🔹 They discussed the real situation on the battlefield — “Putin is definitely not winning.”

🔹 The President of Ukraine congratulated Trump on a successful operation in the Middle East — emphasizing that U.S. actions weakened not only Iran’s nuclear program but also its drone production capabilities.
