President Volodymyr Zelenskyy announced that he had his second conversation in two days with U.S. President Donald Trump.

The Ukrainian leader shared the update on his Telegram channel.

“I just spoke with U.S. President Donald Trump — for the second time in two days — and today’s conversation was also very productive. Yesterday, we agreed on certain topics for today, and we went through all these aspects of the situation,” Zelenskyy wrote.

He said the discussion focused on “protecting lives in our country and strengthening our defenses” — including air defense, resilience, and long-range capabilities.

“There were many details concerning the energy sector. President Trump is well informed about everything that is happening,” Zelenskyy added.

A day earlier, Zelenskyy had reported a phone call with Donald Trump.

According to media reports, one of the topics discussed was the potential delivery of long-range Tomahawk missiles to Ukraine.
