Ukraine does not want war; ready to defend itself though, – Foreign Minister

Key messages, voiced by Ukraine’s Minister of Foreign Affairs Dmytro Kuleba at Munich Security Conference:

1. The world is clearly on the side of Ukraine not only in words but also in deeds.

2. Together with its partners, Ukraine has coordinated steps that will keep Russia on the diplomatic track.

3. Ukraine is ready for any scenario.

4. There are all the reasons for immediately imposing sanctions on Russia.

5. President Zelensky signed a declaration of Bulgaria’s support for Ukraine’s Eurointegration course.

6. The Netherlands has changed its position and will supply weapons to Ukraine.

7. Liechtenstein has joined the Crimean platform.

8. Ukraine does not want a war but it is ready to defend itself.

9. The world community clearly understands that Russia is an aggressor country. It violates Minsk agreements.

10. Ukraine does not plan or carry out any offensive military operations, provocations, sabotage, or shelling of the territories of the Russian Federation.

11. Ukraine calls for an impartial international investigation into the alleged impact of Ukrainian shells on Russian territory. Official Kyiv has nothing to hide, Ukraine has not carried out any such shelling.
