Diplomats, tourists and… possible refugees? Lviv is getting prepared for possible escalation (VIDEO)

Foreign diplomats moved to Lviv from Kyiv. However the Lviv residents are not going to move, they are not preparing for a possible war and are sure that everything will be resolved through diplomacy. The authorities prepare for emergency just in case.
